Marisa Pahl

Marisa Pahl’s 2016 fundraiser for Pacific Wild was an amazing artist journey creating 100 2.5″ watercolour paintings in 100 days, inspired by environmental activists. This campaign raised approximately $3000 for Pacific Wild’s conservation efforts in the Great Bear Rainforest.

“It was thinking about the kind of conversations I want to start, and meaning behind my work. It mirrors the small actions for the environment: doing small steps. It seems sometimes not worthwhile when you’re in the planning stages of it, but the impact can be really big.”
